SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
Free Shipping: - We offer free shipping on all the orders above Rs. 499/- within India.
Time of Delivery: - Our orders are typically delivered within 7 days from the date of dispatch of the order. However, delivery times may vary sometime due to unforeseen circumstances.
Processing of Order: - Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order and subject to the availability of Stock.
Courier Partner: - We at K-Formula work with leading logistics providers who ensures reliable and timely delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS so that you can monitor the progress of the shipment’s.
If you do not receive any tracking details within 3 days of the placing of the order, please contact to the customer support of K Formula.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If your delivery status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please inform us within 24 hours of the status update. After 48 hours, courier companies do not accept any Proof of Delivery (POD) disputes.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events, waging war etc.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We at K-Formula only allow you to cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” status. One can log in to their respective account to select the “CANCEL” option in the order details.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 15 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In some cases, we may contact the customer for verification before shipping an order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
INSURANCE:
The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.
